PlayStation Network 'Welcome Back' Package

This was initially released on the 4th June 2011 and contained in the email received (as seen below).

Accessing the PS Store took a few attempts, but finally I got the WB Package.
Also here is some help I found in one of the Youtube comments:

If you did select the "Get Now" but did not select a game/only got 1 game, go to the XMB and under the PlayStation Network column, go to Account Management>Transaction Management>Services List>SCEA Promotions and you should be able to select accordingly.
