Solved please help i think IE is corrupted ?

I don't know what is this, but it doesn't look malicious. If you're not using IE then you don't need to worry.

I just did a short browsing session with chrome incognito then ran cleaner , a whole page of ie files and cookies + other win files were generated . what is this ? and what are those windows files : roaming and peer networking about ? i dont network with any , ot even the other machines in my house ?
