"Payment Information (including payment card bank account numbers or passwords, credit card statements, or transaction histories)"

I'm not a user of Qihoo, but nobody is worried about the gathering of this information?

I would assume if you are subscriber of any of their paid services (Qihoo 360), then they will identify the provided "Payment Information" as Personal User Information.

But this data collection is only for their Chinese-based services? Does not affect the 360 English version?
