Process Network Port Monitoring Tool NEW ProcNetMonitor Version for everyone ..

ProcNetMonitor home page : on SecurityXploded.com : http://securityxploded.com/procnetmonitor.php

* Detailed Network Activity of Process, Online Malicious Process Verification, Color based Representation, Right Click Context Menu, Portable Version - and MORE ..

NEW version : v4.1.

* Proc Net Monitor is compatible with all 32-bit and 64-bit Windows editions.

'Proc Net Monitor is the FREE software to monitor & analyze the Network activity of all running Processes on your system.

It shows all open network Ports (TCP/UDP) and active Network Connections for each process.

It also presents unique 'Port Finder' feature which makes it easy to search for particular Network Port used by any of the running processes. For example you can search for port 80 to find all processes who are accessing web (HTTP) services currently. You can right click on any process and perform more action such as killing it, viewing properties, performing scan etc.

In case you find any Suspicious Process, you can quickly verify the same through 'Online Scan' option. This allows you to verify malicious nature of any process using one of the integrated services - VirusTotal, ProcessLibrary, Google.

All these features combined together makes it one of the MOST effective tool in combating the Trojans and Spywares from your system.

It is fully Portable software that also comes with Installer. It works on all Windows platforms starting from XP to Windows 7.'

- I use this Awesome tool (portable version) for a very long time (since 2009 .. or sooner?..) and it allows me to easily remove all strange windows (of FAKE AV!) - just by ONE click. So why I think it's an indispensable tool.

Thank you very very much, Nagareshwar Talekar.

On the Web:

Raymond.cc : http://www.raymond.cc/blog/monitor-and-analyze-network-activity-with-proc-net-monitor/

'Proc Net Monitor .. aims to be easy to use, but also offer some very useful options.'
'The layout is pretty clean with buttons and extra options kept to a minimum.'

Umbra 'tried it, not bad, but .. prefer TCPview from Sysinternals.com,'

OK., I have too TCPView, CurrPorts, Process Hacker, UVK, PowerTool , XueTr, KernelDetective, and other good (and pleasant!..) tools. .. and always this possibility to terminate/kill surely the processes.

But I have the habit of using ProcNetMonitor, because ONE click on 'Kill Process' big button.

I love click on 'Kill Process' big button

Currports combined with IpnetInfo is quite useful.

Do not worry about these FP (false positives), which are common with some of these AV. MBAM sees nothing wrong: 'The scan completed successfully. No malicious items were detected '.

Its too risky.
Getting flagged as malware by any scanner is enough for me.I see no reason to use this over process hacker.

Plus there are several grammatical mistakes on the website.

No thanks.
