RE: ptup Win7 config

Any add-ons for google chrome? I recommend Adblock, Bitdefnder Trafficlight, and WOT (Web of Trust)
Why do you have Emsisoft Emergency Kit if you have Emsisoft Internet Security?
For a system utility I recommend you get Revo Uninstaller or IObit Uninstaller so that if you uninstall a program it will remove the left over files.
Why is your security risk level medium if your computer knowledge is advanced?

Ps. Someone will ask what your backup solution is.

I use only one add-ons for Google Chrome which is WOT. I have the Emergency Kit because it comes included in Emsisoft Internet Security. To remove programs I use Revo Uninstaller. For backup I use Ashampoo WinOptimizer has this option.
My security is medium because sometimes exaggeration to malicious sites.

RE: ptup Win7 config

Decent configuration.

How long you have been using Emsisoft Internet Security?

One recommendation:
Virtualization software: Sanboxie or Bufferzone Pro (both free).

I use Emsisoft Internet Security Pack for 6 months.
I can not use a virtualization software because the Premium Online Armor blocks them.

RE: ptup Win7 config

Wasn't there a setting in OA to allow it? Pointless asking Umbra due to the fact that OA and Umbra don't get along...

Umbra has a different approach that you might like. Have a look: http://malwaretips.com/Thread-Umbra-Corp-Config-CIS-EAM-WSA

Which is basically Comodo Internet Security + EAM + some paranoid bits and pieces.

RE: ptup Win7 config

Have you ever thought about having Adblock Plus on Chrome and having Ghostery on Chrome?
Also I see that you say that you use Wise Care 365, CCleaner, Ashampoo WinOptimizer for backup solution?

Not for now there is no setting to allow the Sandbox.
My setting in Windows XP is the Emsisoft Anti-Malware + Comodo Internet Security Premium.

I Think Kaspersky Internet Security is enough. No need of EAM
