1) A 3rd-party VPN since all traffic to Puffin server is encrypted?
2) A 3rd-party AV since it has Cloud Protection?

Just a small note

Puffin Browser's DNS always connects to Google at 74.xxx.xxx.xx regardless of the country you choose for your VPN

This is pretty minimalist and fast. However the inability to use extensions is very bad. I will keep an eye on it for when they add Chrome Extensions to it. (since this is a Chromium Fork)
