Nope won't happen. Someone is looking for more grant money. Everything given enough resources and time will be broken if it's designed by humans. We made it, we will break it.
The only software that will be hackproof is if you write the code yourself from scratch in machine language and you are the only one using it without distribution and without relaying on any other pieces of code to make it run.
