Just so you know there is no 360 IS in the Chinese versions of Qihoo software.
To get a better understanding 360 TS is basically 360 IS in Chinese version, So 360 TS global version = 360 IS Chinese version...
Chinese TS is packed with extra features so basically there is no real development for 360 IS global version at the moment.
