Qihoo blocks websites of all schools and universities in Vietnam

Today I found the most disgusting part of Qihoo. It blocks websites of all schools and universities in Vietnam.
Some of the blocked websites are:

www.ou.edu.vn (my university website)
www.ctu.edu.vn
www.tdt.edu.vn
www.hcmussh.edu.vn

I scanned these websites on Virus Total, and no single antivirus vendor blocks them.

Websites of schools and universities in Vietnam ends in '.edu.vn', and Qihoo blocks all of them.
I contacted one member of Qihoo staff on this forum and he told me that my university website (www. ou.edu.vn) contained malware.
How in the world are websites of all schools and universities of a country malicious?
I wonder if Qihoo hates Vietnamese schools and universities!!!

i think may be a political issue between Hong Kong and Vietnam

Did you check the websites in my post? Sorry, I uninstalled Qihoo and could not post screenshots.
The four websites in my post were all blocked by Qihoo this morning. I do not know if they have unblocked them or not. Please help me check them. Thank you!

Are you using Qihoo Total Security or Internet Security and which version?

Thank you for your help. Qihoo support team contacted me via e-mail and told me that they have fixed the issue. That is why the sites are not blocked any more.
