This is my non-gaming laptop's config. Regarding Dark Web use, for serious usage, I browse the Tor Network using Whonix fired up on VirtualBox. Otherwise, if I am just surfing around in not-at-risk sites, I just open up the Tor Browser in the normal Windows. All telemetry has been disabled.
Also, I have upgraded the FDE by making it mandatory to use a BitLocker PIN before booting up the computer.

In Periodic scanners, you should some 3rd party tools as a second opinion scanners.

Recovery backup, a full image system backup solution would be welcome.
