I know some things may need changed. I don't use my computer as much anymore.

You should enable Smartscreen and consider some type of system & data backup solution.Both Macrium Reflect & Aomei Backupper offer good free solutions.
Consider adding an on demand scanner(s) such as Emsisoft Emergency Kit,ESET Online Scanner,Zemana Antimalware,Malwarebytes Antimalware,etc.
I might consider an additional browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox.

Remove Advanced SystemCare 10 and replaced with CCleaner.
Why OS File Reputation-disable?.Turn it ON.
Add another browser like Google Chrome for in case emergency.
use uBlock origin as a ad blocker.
Add Emsisoft Emergency Kit as a ondemand scanner.Thanks for share.

Please follow suggestions about SmartScreen.

Add ZAM Free and MalwareBytes.

Add HTTPS Everywhere and uBlock Origin.

Please follow suggestions about backups, it is very important in case of infections.
