I would add Zemana Anti-Malware as a second on-demand scanner.
Also HTTPS Everywhere and Ublock Origin...wich are 2 must have browser extensions

As a last thing maybe Macrium Reflect for making easy system backups.

What Browser(s) are you using? Please edit your config accordingly.
Consider an additional on demand scanner(s)
Consider some type of system back up solution.

How to setup Avast Internet Security 2016 for Maximum Protection (Guide)
Uninstall Java & Set Flash Player to (Click-To-Play) in your browser if you haven't already.
Install a software updater. (FileHippo/PatchMyPC).

Base in what I saw in the foruns I edited my configuration, I decide to add Zemana AntiMalware and HitmanPro to "On-demand Scanners" and Avira Browser Safety to my Google Chrome Extensions.
