real world set up for CIS 8

Hi, having just installed CIS 8, I was wondering, what are the best settings for maximum real world protection.. there are so many options, and options within options.. I could really use some advice from those of you with a greater understanding of this extremely powerful product..
should HIPS be used, etc...

Just remember one very important thing- the sandbox and Firewall are the true strengths of Comodo. The AV and HIPS are just noise.
