Recurring Trojan I need to remove

Hi there.

My Avira run picks up a Trojan (worker.js) and quarantines it.

However, it keeps coming back on a subsequent run (so I suspect some malicious software is reinstalling it, only for Avira to detect once more).

How may I stop it coming back?

I have several compiled QBasic (.exe) Apps on my Windows 11 system.

Avira has put them into Quarantine. How do I stop it selectinng these?

Furthermore, it will not let me restore from Quarantine.
