>decides to play 8 hour relaxation
>listens for 15 mins
>now excessively tired and ready to fall asleep
>must not sleep
>grabs coke cola out of fridge
>let that caffeine and sugar wake me up
>play some dubstep aswell
>awake and ready to do something hyper
>downloads mp3 of 8 hour relaxation and copys to MP3 player
>prepares to listen to it once actually in bed

I had become accustomed to mix all .. to pass them at the same time: Nature and Music Radio with its NZ natural sounds, and purring cats, and other Hot Springs .. my cat appreciates all this.
