For those who use KeyScrambler Personal or Pro or Premium, version 2.9.0 has been released not long ago.

Change log:
Added support for Firefox 8 and 9.
Improved focus tracking at Firefox start up.
Added option to not encrypt the space key.
Added option to display the overlay window in centered position.

Chrome isn't supported...........so I can't get this one..............

Pro version and Premium version support the following browsers:
Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, Safari, Maxthon, AOL Explorer, MSN Explorer, Flock, Avant, Seamonkey, K-meleon, Netscape, AOL 9, Yahoo Browser, AM Browser, SlimBrowser, Advanced Browser, SR Iron Browser, TheWorld Browser, Orca Browser, Comodo Dragon, Palemoon, Lunascape, Crazy Browser, and RockMelt.

Pro version is priced at 29.99USD, while Premium is at 49.99USD.

I use the free version on the other laptop running Firefox.

Are they by any chance any free alternatives that work with Chrome?

KeyScrambler 2.9.3 released - Sept' 2012

  1. KeyScrambler Personal now supports Firefox 15, 16, and 17.
  2. Both KeyScrambler Professional and Premium have improved autoupdate functionality and added the following apps at our users' request:
    Browsers: Comodo IceDragon, WaterFox.
    Online Games: World of Warcraft 64-bit.
    Password Managers: Password Tote 3.5.
  3. KeyScrambler Premium has added 3 more applications in addition:
    Encryption: BoxCryptor, GPG4Win.
    Networking: XShell.
