Need to remove it from root etc vendor/app/Elabel/Elabel.apk
Can delete it from sim/ onboard shared men. But it reinstalls itself. Malicious activity seen is tons of capchas and camera light coming on for a long time until trying antivirus, then camera light goes off. Also Malwarebytes says security risk "install apps from unknown sources" none allowed, but this Elabel is the culprit. Tcl a502DL phone
