Last week, I reported 2 apps from the Windows Store and here's their response. It's very generic and unhelpful. Also some apps require purchase prior reviewing (I'm not spending $$$ to review an app), and I'm likely to not get a reply from the app developer.

Hello,
Thank you for your comments.

We will have a look at this issue and if it is necessary, the action will take place.

Meanwhile why not share your opinions on the app with the developer directly through the links on the Store?

Alternatively, if you have downloaded the app, you can leave a review for others.

Kind Regards.

As we know the Windows Store on PC is flooded with fake apps of Facebook, WhatsApp to VLC Player. The store on Windows Phone is better, but only marginally, but in conclusion both are rubbish in helpfulness.
