Returning member needing help

Hello everyone. I am having a problem removing Lizard Links. A few years ago I found this forum very helpful. Hope you all can help me again. I'm disabled, stuck in the house, and rely on my computer to stay in touch with the outside world. Thanks in advance to the help.
