As per me your sonfig is not enough to save or protect you from the online mess. Get a firewall, enable the UAC in windows and get active in the forums to brainstorm yourself.

Enable UAC...Control Panel > System & Security > Under Action Center click Change User Account Control Settings. A window with a slider will pop up choose "Always Notify" (slider all the way to the top) or at least "Default" (slider one down from the top)
