I see you have only AVG product as a On-demand scanner. I would recommend to Malwarebytes as it can find many things that AVG missed.

Your use of Adblock is good!:)
Do change your UAC setting to at least default (even if you feel annoyed by it).;)
In addition to Malwarebytes Antimalware, here are some additions I like & learned of from the Wise Oracles of MalwareTips!:cool:
A trusty extension for Chrome is also a secure password handler/generator (among the favorites here on MT) called LastPass https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/lastpass-free-password-ma/hdokiejnpimakedhajhdlcegeplioahd

for browser addons I can suggest https everywhere and zenmate :) and its a really bad idea to turn off uac. do you use windows 7 native firewall??
