Why don't you have an Anti-Virus?
For extensions I would recommend Bitdefender TrafficLight and WOT.
Do you have UAC active?
What about Firewall? Do you use the Windows Firewall?
You already have two of my three recommended AntiMalware scanners.

I don't really visit any 'risky' websites. I have a cycle of websites per day and that's all I ever visit.
That is good to hear.

Right now I don't feel I need one, but I'll probably add CIS as realtime when 6 is out of beta.

UAC's off.

Use integrated firewall.

Not bad, but I see that your using Chrome so you could add a few addons, Lastpass, Ghostery, WOT, plus any reason for not having a backup option?

Just a few I recommend:
I actually used Rollback RX a while ago, it was impressive.

I'm not really sure why I don't have a backup option. I'll probably add one soon - thanks for the suggestions.

No problem. Better to have one for when things go bad ;)

What's your opinion on SysRestore? Just curious if you've used it/what you think of it. I read that it's free up to 10 snapshots. Sounds ideal for me since I don't really backup much.

Have not used SysRestore before so I can't really say anything about it, but if it gives you 10 free snapshots, it's worth a go. :)

SysRestore cant compare with RX:

1- if you rollback to any past snapshots all snapshots made after this one will be deleted even if locked...this problem ruins totally the purpose of this kind of softwares...

2- It has many issues especially during uninstallation

Updated my config. I've decided to add realtime after months without it.

Only thing I would remove from On-Demand tools because they become obsolete with the existing ones is SuperAntiSpyware (SAS), Panda Cloud Cleaner and TrendMicro Housecall.

MBAM,HMP EEK and CCE are more than enough: 1 as a scanner only, 3 that specialize in detection and removal.

Yeah, I just got lazy and forgot to remove a lot of them.
