I would like to suggest some backup software such as Aomei Backupper or macrium Reflect both of which have a good free version. :)

If you do not have a portable HDD i would suggest using Aomei ONE KEY backup solution. ;)

On demand scanners: (Check)
Real time protection: (Check)
All you have to do is conduct carefully your malware samples/phishing either in Virtual machine/ or separate computer or use Sandboxie/Toolwiz Time Freeze.

Avast, another hit or miss in terms of performance and issues. I used to trust it up to version 8. Since then, I will continue to say the same thing: have a look at their forum and pinpoint 20 posts in first 2 pages that are not issues with a module one way or another.

Needless to say, if it works for you, then great, its a good Free AV. My personal opinion however is I would rather suggest AVG than Avast at its current state.

Super Antispyware = I would rather not use it. It is overshadowed by other Anti Malware programs suchas MBAM. SAS will not be missed in your current line up of modules.

IMO: too much on demand scanners, which increase the risk of false positives and do not increase the security of the system.
Malwarebytes Anti Malware, Hitman Pro + 3.7.9 Emsisoft Emergency Kit are more than enough.
Do you have a backup and recovery plan?
A backup plan is essential, it should be fine even default Windows backup.

Consider slimming down your on demand scanners starting with getting rid of SAS
Consider an additional browser and some type of back up solution

lel, i like to keep my system clean from malware...

and btw why SAS is so bad?
Poor detection
Poor cleanup and also has been know to leave traces behind
Uses a lot of memory during scans
Just my personal preference as I think your other on demand scanners are much better

@Rogueabc You can Update your security config without creating a new thread!

I agree that you do not need that many on-demand scanners.
Hitman Pro 3.7.9 + Emsisoft Emergency Kit + SuperAntiSpyware + Adwcleaner + Eset Online Scanner + TDDS Killer + Norton Power Eraser + Herdprotect + Malwarebytes Anti Malware
Having Adwcleaner can be handy. Same as ESET Online Scanner. The rest is assumption its portable apps so its all good. no need to get rid of EEK/TDSS and NPE.

SAS was already removed:)

@Inkurax : Its a little logic though, because those on demand scanners may kept as daily use or sometimes place them on USB in case of severe infections.

(like NPE which capable more on heavy infected system due to aggressive detection capabilities)

So your primary plan A is set and when fail you can retrieve your set of other tools as plan B.

Really good configuration. You should ensure that you have enabled "Scan for Potentially Unwanted Programs (PUPs) " under avast-settings-general option menu. For added protection from PUPs.

Some add ons I like to recommend to you is

AdwCleaner is a free removal tool for :
  • Adware (ads softwares)
  • PUP/LPI (Potentially Undesirable Program)
  • Toolbars
  • Hijacker (Hijack of the browser's homepage)
Wise Care 365 which is a handy cleanup utility that can flush out lots of junk files on your computer to keep your PC smooth running.
