The fact that Microsoft is working on Windows 9 is no surprise, however so far we've received very little information on the next version of Microsoft's OS as most of the attention thus far has been focused on [uel=http://www.neowin.net/news/tags/windows_blue] Windows Blue[/url]. According to Win8China, who have provided a number of Windows leaks in the past, Microsoft are likely preparing Windows 9 for a tentative November 2014 product launch, with a beta to be available in January 2014.

Its an early to know for Windows 9 and let's assume are really adapted from the Metro Interface and improvement adjustments.

Windows 8 has practically been released and their thinking about Windows 9. You wait, when Windows 9 comes out, they will be working on Windows 21. :P

Im assuming, since widows 8 has not been very lucrative for them, that the normal withholding they would pull with a future release, will come faster, at least "hints" dropped to the public to entice, for those unhappy with this latest release. It is all about the money..

Meanwhile, there are still compatibility issues with software, bugs, and the normal MS problems such as a windows updater that still can not consistently place windows updates in their proper order with out failing handfuls "especially for those of us that do complete reinstalls/formats and have to update it from scratch." This is one issue, that i still cant seem to get over, with the money MS has, they have not fixed yet, how long has windows updater been up and running, and not ironed out yet?

Personally, i think they should focus on perfecting what they have out now, instead of pushing for more releases, then maybe people would be enticed to spend more money..

I agree they should be working to make Windows 8 solid before talking about a new OS.Aside from fixing the bugs, maybe some optional upgrades to the current OS to make Windows 8 more appealing to consumers.
I have many friends who have purchased desktops & laptops with Windows 8 and they hate it.Even after showing them around it they still say they want to go back to Windows 7.
It is definitely about money but I dont know how well a new OS is going to sit with the general consumer.
Windows Blue,Green,Red,9,IE 11 maybe it's time to start looking at a MA.............I can't even say it.

yeah they're turning to google and firefox...running to release a new version every few months
