Advice Request sandboxed email client - how to keep emails?

Hello,
I want to run my emai client (TheBat! using a pop3 account) sandboxed in CF to make sure my system won't get infected when opening an attachment. But how can I keep the emails I need after reterieving them in the sandbox?
