How to set Sandboxie not to notify to recovery anything? I dont want to recover anything.

How to set Sandboxie to delete automatically?

Is Sandboxie compatible with Avast, Bitdefender free & Shadow Defender?

Yes it's compatible . To automatically empty content, open your sandboxie main Ui,right click on sandbox and under menu choose settings. There go under recovery and put a checkmark on "Automatically empty sandbox content" or something like that :)

Avast & Bitdefender are incompatible with certain versions of Sandboxie. However there are solutions posted in the link below
Known Software conflicts http://www.sandboxie.com/index.php?KnownConflicts#avast

To automatically delete the sandbox:

Right click (arrow) and click "sandbox settings"

Click "Delete" Then "Delete Invocation" and tick "Automatically delete contents of sandbox"

You can manually do it also by:

@yesnoo : When the option untick then Sandboxie will never notify for possible recovery of items, everything are undergone of isolation and delete the contents.
