A few notes to the configuration:

• Google Play Protect is ran every night manually.
• MalwareBytes Scan is ran every night manually.
• Device Maintenance is ran every night manually.
• I always check reviews and analyse certain apps for abnormalities before installing, even when a friend has recommended it to me.
• "Unknown Sources" is disabled.
• Updates are checked manually every day.
• WiFi is turned off when away from home.
• No VPN.

Open to any recommendations of security apps, etc.

Samsung Knox protects you from most security issues. I have nothing to add. Good config.

Good config. No need to be paranoid on the daily scans, I believe monthly ones will be more than enough with Unknown Sources Disabled. Also, Samsung built in Smart Cleaner does more harm than good by my experience.
