First, you must have a SAP account. Kindly signup here; SecureAPlus Account
Then login on SAP AV; Click on "Info and Licenses" then login. You will see a Promo Code field. Enter the code there. Voila!

I'm not quite sure but I think it's only for those who have freemium license.
