Security Agencies Can Hack Your PC w/o Warrant

U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Virginia

Judge has ruled that the FBI can hack PCs without a warrant. In other words, the protections of the US constitution do not extend to your PC if it is hacked.

However, at the same time, the FBI has to obtain a warrant to enter your home and seize your PC.

Every governmental agency - including local ones - that can - will use this ruling to its maximum benefit - unless the judge's ruling is appealed and overturned.

We live in dangerous times bros...

Im glad I don't live in the US. However, the chance of any agency to successfully hack you is minimal. If for some reason I would get attention to me for some reason they would have to physically get a hold of the PC and be greeted with an encrypted harddrive.

It is like people in the U.S may considered as society acceptable to hack any PC since they know that none of any malicious evidence can gather unless proven that involved in the crime.

No choice but migrate to other country. ;)
