Summary
Adobe has released security updates for Adobe Acrobat and Reader for Windows and MacOS. These updates address critical vulnerabilities. Successful exploitation could lead to arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user.

@LASER_oneXM good posting! Indeed lots and loads of vulnerabilities with Adobe Acrobat and Reader....

I'd recommend for folks to look at Foxit Reader (free version) to reduce their overall security worries. It is light, simple to use, and has nearly everything Adobe Reader has. Those with the need of Adobe Acrobat Standard/Pro should look at other offerings from Foxit maybe! Not saing Foxit is the end-all-be-all, but a good alternative.
