Was trying to play Counter-Strike 1.6 , when a random server gave me a executable to run...... Watch the video and see another way in which you can get infected these days!

There is a new CounterStrike coming out I'm guessing this flaw isn't in that.

If the user has a Real-time anti-virus running this file will get blocked.

Yes, this particular file would be detected and blocked by almost all the vendors however a cyber criminal can easily swap the file and serve to the user a new and unknown piece of malware , which most AV's will have a hard time detecting it.
The CS developers should really limit the possibility for the servers to prompt the user with a executable file because it can cause major problems to the users as not all of them are very aware of the malware issues and most likely will click the 'Run' button very easily.

Same as WALT play chess. I only play offline games like gta, and nfs etc. No lan play.

that is totally normal that this security flaw exist...and it should not be fixed!

you will ask me: why?

simple: how the terrorists could win if there is no security holes :p
