Enable UAC it can help distinguish the bad or good files. Possibly replace WD for Avast. Avast seems a bit lighter and has greater detection IMO. :)

Well you need a decent Antivirus for your setup; a safe keeping to protect at different types of threats.

You can go to Free AV: Avast Free. Avira Free or AVG Free.

Or consider to have an anti-exe based like Voodoshield or SecureAplus.

Thanks everyone! To be honest, even with my setup which I know isn't top of the line, or modern, but then again, what is after 6 months these days with PC's and such.

I take very careful notice of anything that I download, and believe me when I say I do mind my email's and I know how you get viruses. I don't need UAC, and honestly it's one reason I have started using Opera. Using Microsoft Edge I have noticed significant lags and slowdowns and sometimes even LOCK UPS to the point I have to kill the process for Edge "Zemana or who knows, but it just causes problems" Perhaps that may have to do with Zemana Antimalware or the Adguard extension I have on Edge or a few others I should say. But I just don't like Edge right now at this point.

For me, Opera and the Built in VPN is working great, especially since they got the leak problem fixed that some reported and it's unlimited and FREE. But that is my opinion and my own person thoughts.

Anyway, as per the UAC, I am the only person who uses my computer and I visit the exact same sites everyday "WHICH I KNOW VERY WELL". I don't need UAC.

UAC should stand for Universal Agitating Computer system! I can't stand it! I don't need something telling me on every single click "LOOK YOU COULD BE HURTING YOUR COMPUTER".

Zemana is working fine for me, and as for Windows Defender "It's a joke honestly" another Microsoft "GET INFORMATION FROM YOUR WORLD" addition "IN MY OPINION". Honestly I think Windows Defender "NEW FOR WIN 10 IS SPYWARE" because it wan'ts to know ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING and it constantly ASK YOU TO SCAN YOUR SYSTEM OR SHOW'S A WARNING : MEANING : "If it is protecting you to begin with, and considering it's so called REAL TIME PROTECTION, then why would it constantly tell you that your system needs to be scanned like it does?". I do realize the pro versions and above have the schedule feature. But I have to question any antivirus/spyware program that says it protects your system REAL TIME but yet it reminds you that you need to scan it for safety.

Anyway, thanks for the advice everyone. Zemana Antimalware is working great for me for now. I did have the Zemana Antilogger, but I found that it seemed to be a bit too intrusive, and by that I mean it kept causing WAAAAY too many delays with normal activities, or that is it was checking too many things out and causing some serious slowdowns, while the Zemana Antimalware while it might check a program out once with a bit of slowdown, apparently once that has been checked out it doesn't happen again, but the Antilogger happened over and over with slowdowns, and yes I give it several days. But then again that is my opinion and experience.

Once again, as for the UAC, I know what I am doing, thank you! I appreciate it!

While I get the "RISKY" TAG on my security settings, might I suggest "POSSIBLY RISKY" as a better name because you don't know me or what I know and it is rather arrogant and demeaning for my post to be tagged this way.

Have a wonderful day!

It's probably for others more than yourself. It might be risky for those who replicate it.
