My protective configuration has not changed too much in a year. The main components of system protection (antivirus and firewall) are Spyshelter firewall and free Kaspersky antivirus. These programs do not conflict with each other, and together provide a high level of protection. In addition, the Windows 10 system itself has quite powerful protective functions that are activated using Syshardener. In addition, I use a standard user account (sua) for everyday work. Since through the browser up to 80% of the entire infection penetrates the system, a separate protection for this program does not hurt. In addition to the web shield from Kaspersky Anti-Virus, browser extensions are also used uBlock Origin and uMatrix, that additionally filter content, including from malicious sites and scripts and Adguard VPN for unlock web sites. Browser settings are also manually set. The Autoran program is used to check the startup of the system. Important data in the system is protected by VeraCrypt and also copied to the Mega cloud and on USB-flash, also added free program AOMEI Backupper Standardto create a complete image of the system. But there is almost no such data in this system, and really important data is in my system, which is not connected to the Internet :)

Interesting combo KFA + SpyShelter...
Non-conflict combo. It has been installed for a long time and there are no problems with this bunch of programs. I am not a tester, I can’t test this bundle for countering malware. Although I would like to see how effective this combo is against malware, viruses, ransomware and other dangerous programs. Are you a tester? Can you test at least some fresh viruses, ransomware, malware, adware? :)

Personally I do not like security combos. I would run KIS instead of running the free version combined with Spyshelter. I am quite sure that KIS is more refined and would give less issues.
Thank you for your opinion. But Kaspersky Internet Security most likely will not be compatible with Spyshelter Firewall. Not only because of the firewall component, but also because of the program control component that is in both programs.

That is the point. Why would you need Spyshelter firewall when you have Kaspersky's. Kaspersky program control is very powerful. I see KIS as a better option.
