Shaun's Clients PC - Tips on improvement needed

Basically this is a default PC for my company's clients.

I need advice on how to make it more secure but without being a hassle to the user, who is normally not good with computers.

Ideally the software has to be free and easy to implement.

We cannot move from GFI Dashboard because of its simplicity and how handy it is.

Also I have been working on sandboxing Outlook to stop viruses coming from emails but so far no luck.

Not all clients use FF sadly some use IE or Chrome, might be ineffectual.

Vipre is very bad as an AV, but the GFI dashboards is far too handy.
