Scriptsafe is in blocking mode by default, you should go with allow mode, and tweak privacy settings, much easier and most of annoying domains gets blocked. If youre google paranoid, you can block them manually, same with facebook domains etc.etc.

Its great extension, with many of customization possibilities to use with adblocker
