UAC enabled? If not I would enable it.
I would get rid of SAS
Consider one or two more on demand scanners and a second Browser

Yes I realize it is older but on some machines NTFS or FAT it still does a nice job of resize and move

You can use Gparted live. Easy to use and support a very large range of filesystem !

Superantispyware Pro is very inefficient as their database couldn't maintain to cope up the latest threats. MBAM Premium should be your alternative.

Add a backup browser in case of problem arises, and as long you conduct system image upon testing samples then its not the problem.

Other software: You may add CCleaner.

Hi, I suggest you to install BitDefender 60 virus scanner, because it is efficient and quick to scan!
Then you can also add to your browser Collusion extension, which allows you to know which websites are tracking you!
In addition I can suggest you to install HTTPS Everywhere extension, and you can install a second browser.

Decent config, i agree that SAS is useless. why would you use a crossbow after your bazooka just hit the target.
