Advice Request Softwares to enhance Windows 7 on an Archos 9 PC Tablet?

Hello,
i've got an Archos 9 PCTablet with Windows 7 ultimate on it.
I want to know how enchance touch experience and if someone know softwares or tips that can help with touch-based device (1 point, not multipoint).
The apps don't need to be make for tablet but an image viewer with big icons are better than small....
So can you help me ?

Click on "Start" in the lower left corner of the screen and then "Control Panel" in the column on the right side of the menu.

Click the drop-down menu next to "View by" and choose "Small icons".

Click "Pen and touch input settings".

You could change the default DPI, so text appear larger.

Make the text on your screen larger or smaller
