[SOLVED] Need a Privacy Policy

This site needs a privacy policy.

Your Privacy Statement describes how you handle information about the visitors of your website. You have to make a clear statement describing how each bit of data you gather is used. You should have a privacy policy if:

• You set Cookies
• Use Web Bugs (Tracking)
• Use Flash and it stores LSOs (Flash Cookies)
• Collect any Personal Identifiable Information
• Collect any information from children

This site does some of that, right?

We set cookies. A forum needs to have them or you'd lose your log in every page you visit.

I agree. You have cookies and you collect PII for registration, so you definitely need a privacy policy.

We currently have Google Analytics and StatCounter on our site too. Your profile is visible to Registered Members (but not to guests). A privacy policy will probably be added.
