Are they still offering the free version?

There are still offering the free version but is basic (Sophos Home Free Download. Advanced PC Virus and Malware Protection.). There are better free AV's available.

It seems there is nothing to find about ADGuard in the know issues.

I hope it too but I have my doubts.

I opened a call. I send a lot of info and test information. Finally they seemed not to believed that the problem still exists if all the Sophos components are disabled. They asked to start a remote sessions but I was unable to do that due to illness that week. I thing that was odd were the contact hours. It was between business hours in ET.

Problem also occurs in Sophos Intercept X. Decided to ditch AdGuard Windows and just use the extension with YogaDNS. So far I am quite satisfied with the combo.

I have tested it few days , but i find it slow to remove/cleanup .... sometimes after 6 a 7 minutes a notification that it cleaned up badguy.

You mean the notification of their app? The removal and the notification normally comes after max 30 seconds.

Yes , i find it strange that it was after more than five minutes notifications that it cleaned up (test was with Sophos free)

I had the same issue with the premium version.
