speeddial removal.

Followed the steps 2 times. on the third attempt, I removed google chrome after resetting. I did see a speeddial reference before the reset. I also removed Firefox from the program files section because I could not find the uninstall from the programs menu and could not find the reset either. With all this browser removal, I kept IE. and will see if this works this time.
