The free version which ended with build 10.8.6 is no longer receiving any updates. That can be confirmed directly with Datpol. It's on their blog.

Version 10.9.4 is in the Change Log, but has not been posted on the Release page and is not yet available via auto-update.

Version 10.9.4 breaks Microsoft Edge and extensions at this time.
