Is anyone else facing the same issue with SS installed together with StartIsBack on Windows 10 x64?
When those two are installed desktop automatically refreshes every few seconds and right click doesn't work. Any open explorer window shuts down automatically and start menu does not work either. The only solution is to run CCleaner and uninstalling SS or StartIsBack.

I guess the incompatibility is probably due to the fact that StartIsBack performs some services, require the application of patch files or launch more processes, going in conflict with SS.

I have already tried to add digital signature of StartIsBack to SS but it doesn't help. Any solutions?

I think that SiB injects code into explorer.exe to take its control.
Can you temporarily exclude explorer.exe from SS check to see if you solve?

Have you try editing the rules for Startisback to allow execution of applications and there is a tab to the left i believe that you can enter wildcards like *.* for startisback. I had to do that for ClassicShell in order to work till i figure how exactly what classicshell needs to run then i delete that wildcard and enter in the proper application it needs to access. Good Luck and hope you are able to resolve it.

i believe @tim one solved it, it could have been explorer.
