yes and no ^^

Keyscrambler crypt your keystrokes so keyloggers even active will send unreadable datas.
Spyshelter prevent & detect any keyloggers.

the questions is do you think you can be victim of screen/audio loggers? if yes use SS, if not Keyscrambler is enough.

in my opinion, audio/screen loggers are not common and may be detected by your AV, so KS is enough.
