SSL Certificate issue on Samsung

My problem is with my android Galaxy S7 Mobley phone so I might be in the wrong place to even receive any help. If I am please forgive me for my mistake. If I am in the right place I would be truly grateful for any advice anyone can give me. Thanks So Much For Your Time & Help !!!!
