Avira Free is an excellent free antivirus these days in my humble opinion. Good choice!
You can maybe use a password manager like KeePass or browser extension LastPass.

On Facebook and Gmail I use the same pasword but it has 40 characters and for other sites i have one normal pass.
Is that a good Idea? and on facebook I have also turned on 2 step verification

Very gooe configuration, there's always an optional to add a companion AV but for better optimize Avira should take care for it.

Which one of these is the best Kompas AV, Crystal Security, Xvirus or something other?. Can I use them along Avira? Do I need one of them?

@Stardust018 : You may choose one of them and both are compatible to any existing AV including Avira. There's nothing wrong to add a companion AV
