Do you have an antivirus? Maybe the virtualization and sandboxing software is enough.
For an Add-on I would recommend Bitdefender TrafficLight.
Tools I would recommend IObit Uninstaller so that there are no left over registry keys or files left on the system.
For UAC that is my setting too (I hate how slow it is).

Update:Avast Internet security included.

Conclusion:Using new update version from last 48 hours and it seems more improved and stable version.Computer is in still look like its without an av I mean no impact on system WOW :)

Malware Maniac:Traffic light causing some problem on my computer so better stick with wot and now avast web shield and avast rep are on.

Excellent setup Steve, I have nothing to add.;)

I also had problems with BitDefender Traffic light while making and editing posts on different forums, it would change text into invalid characters and make the posts useless.
