Troubleshoot Still having Popups and Flash out of Date Fake offers after following instructions.

Malwarebytes says there is no threat found.
I would like some help to figure out - where the problem is..

examples of pop-ups it looks like the popup goes thru one page ( called Pipe channels) then the www. page changes to the links below.
