I have used the free versions of Bitdefender and Kasparsky but am currently giving Defender a try not sure if I will stay with that.

UAC changed to Default.

Updated as I have Added Watchdog Online Security Pro (Zemana) and went back to good ole Norton Security suite.

I would enable UAC, at least at default setting...

UAC can be annoying, but it must be interpreted as an indication of a potential threat to the integrity of the computer, and it is, therefore, essential to think about the situation before continuing.

It is not that annoying, think of the extra level of security it provides.
