Solved Strange user infection?

Haven't heard of malware that creates new user. I think this is some Windows 10 stupidity.

Humm ok. I thought it was some malware since I don't have any strange user on other PC's. I will remove it then.

Maybe it was created by some software, idk...

I found what the problem is, but I don't know how to rollback this sh**.

It's ESET ANTI THEFT. When you enable it, it creates this random account. If you disable and enable it many times, you will end up with a huge number of accounts. I removed it from windows but my files keep showing the account associated to it :s
