Troubleshoot Strange White screen virus

Please help i dont know what to do

Initial symptoms seem like a hardware problem, driver problem or electrical problem. Is it a laptop or desktop?

As @BoraMurdar said it seems like a hardware problem, perhaps relating to the video card.
Are you using a desktop PC? In this case you should check the connections monitor/pc and check the insertion of the card into the slot.
It might be also a problem of overheating due to the heatsink full of dust or something else.
Difficult to make a correct diagnosis.

I had the same problem and it was monitor's fault. (LG Monitor)
It was happening during the screen resolution changes.
Have you tried another monitor?
